Bruno Bartl is an IBM DevOps solution architect with responsibility for the European territory.
His goal is to drive IBM´s DevOps solution to clients, and in his role he delivers technical presentations, runs workshops and evaluations (Proof-of-Concepts/Technolgies), and takes care of customer issues to ensure customers success with adoption of IBM´s DevOps solution.
Prior to joining IBM Rational in 2001 he spent 15 years with Softlab GmbH (today NTT DATA), a Munich based system and software vendor, where he last act as a chief consultant for Softlab´s development environments.

  • DevOps with Cloud – the Power Liaison to Optimize Continuous Software Delivery

    DevOps is an enterprise capability for continuous software delivery that enables clients to mitigate risks and reduce time to market and customer feedback. It takes the proven approach of “Continuous Integration” one step further to “Continuous Delivery”.
    In this session the presenter will explain the DevOps principles and values, the maturity model, and the adoption roadmap, that will enable clients to implement the DevOps approach and with that to untighten the challenges they faced with today. 
    Finally he will emphasize the strongness of DevOps with cloud, explain cloud patterns and their value for the DevOps approach, and give an example based on proven technologies
