Ravid lead the ALM development team for a 3.5 years, and has experience in the ALM area for more than 8 years.

During this time he was involved in changing the way of the life-cycle development in 180 degrees from almost everything manual and without control to full automated and controlled environment.

Ravid filled several roles in the R&D group and has experience as Q&A tester, builds integrator, and developer in several programming languages: C/C++/C#/Java/JEE and worked on variety of projects from embedded real-time network devices to high-level management systems.

His experience in ALM development including integration of commercial and open source software, developing new components where needed, as well as managing IT environments for the ALM including virtualization, storage, network, servers hardware and operating systems.

Today Ravid is leading one of the development teams in the SDN applications group in ECI using Java/JEE to make our networks smarter, more automated and self-managed.
